Pre Order / Back Order

Pre - Order:

A Pre-Order is: to place an order for (an item) before it is available for purchase. 

Please note, Pre-Order's are subject to delays due to international supply chain logistics. While we provide ETA's please note these are not fixed and can be variable. However, please check the product page for the dispatch date on a product. 

Back - Order:

A Back-Order is an order for a good or service that cannot be filled at the current time due to a lack of available supply. The item may not be held in the company's available inventory but could still be in production, or the company may need to still manufacture more of the product.
