With this superior lighting, it is important to design the headlight globes to output the light most effectively. Our LED globes housings shape the light output and allow for better distribution to provide the most efficient beam.

Our globes are designed to reduce glare from road signs and other reflections on the road. We also use a modern-shaped globe housing to ensure the beam is directly where you need it.

To ensure our lumens output numbers are not inflated we have had these tested in a Photometric Sphere ( Inclosed Area Without External Light Input ).

Designed For Longevity:

With all this light output heat is generated. We’ve integrated active cooling ( Fan Cooling ) in these LED headlight globes to contain the heat.

The Fan cooling is provided by a 10,000 RPM ball bearing fan for reliable cooling with minimal noise.

The fan will change its RPM depending on the heat level to ensure your globes stay at the optimal operating temperature.

We also use cooper heat pipes that run through the headlight to disperse heat effectively.

These headlight globes are designed to include the use of factory dust caps to maintain the water & dust resistance of the headlight housing.

Our policy:

Major fault:

• Replace, repair or refund at the choice of the buyer

Minor fault:

• Replace or repair at the discretion of HIMOD.

We must receive a failed item back to test before dispatching a replacement.

Note: Warranty starts from date of delivery, non extended upon replacement parts or unit.  

Note: Any Warranty on products is only applicable to the original purchaser. The warranty is non-transferable, only the original purchaser can request a warranty claim. If the goods are re-sold or transferred no warranty is carried over. 

When warranty is voided:

• Goods are tampered with, disassembled, installed incorrectly, modified, opened, non-maintained or used incorrectly. 
• Damage exceeding normal wear and tear.

HIMOD is not responsible for failures or damages due to negligence, abuse, collisions, incorrect installation, modification to the product, tampering with seals or incorrect wiring.

HIMOD shall not be liable for installation and or removal costs during troubleshooting or exchanging goods. Warranty covers the product only, any assoaciated costs related to installation will not be covered by HIMOD.

HIMOD shall not be liable for any costs incurred during packaging and handling returns, exchanges or replacements.
